Refund & Return Policy

At VerlunVentures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting our support team first to ensure the replacement item is available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Perishable goods or personal care items
• Custom or personalized orders

How to Return

• Contact our support team at info@verlunventures.shop with your order number
• Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
• Pack the item securely in original packaging
• Ship the item to the address provided with the RAN
• Once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
