Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States. This offer applies automatically at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order through our Track Order page using your order number.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, high-volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select products. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us for international shipping inquiries.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or full refund at your choice.
